Mind & Me Therapy offers online support to individuals across Alberta. While in-person appointments are currently unavailable, this option will be available in the Edmonton area in the near future.
How can I book an appointment at Mind & Me Therapy?
Appointments can be booked via our online booking system (Jane) or via email by filling out our contact form.
Are sessions online or in-person at Mind & Me Therapy?
Currently, Mind & Me Therapy only offers online sessions. If you prefer sessions in-person, please indicate this when you fill out the contact form so you can be notified when in-person sessions are available.
What can I expect if I book a complimentary 15-minute consultation call?
The complimentary consultation call is designed to help you assess if Mind & Me Therapy aligns with your needs. During the call, you will briefly discuss the challenges you're currently facing and explore the types of therapy that may be a good fit. There is no obligation to book a session following the consultation.
What should I expect during my first therapy session?
In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and safe space to discuss your concerns and goals. Your therapist will take time to understand your unique experience and begin to explore the best ways to support your personal growth and healing.
Does Mind & Me Therapy accept insurance for therapy sessions?
Yes! If direct billing is not available to your specific insurance plan, you can still submit your receipt directly for reimbursement. It is recommended that you confirm your coverage details with your insurance provider before booking your first session.
What type of payment does Mind & Me Therapy accept?
Both credit card payments and e-transfers are accepted. Please note, if you are paying by e-transfer, it is required that the payment be sent at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are paying by credit card, it is required that the card be uploaded to your file at least 24 hours before your appointment.
