Meet Your Therapist

Robyn Campbell, MC, Registered Psychologist

My name is Robyn and I'm happy you're here! I've always had a passion for connecting with others through meaningful conversations and vulnerability. This isn't always easy. My hope is that we can form a relationship that makes coming to therapy feel safe and comfortable for you.

I welcome all individuals seeking support, but I am especially drawn to working with those who are new to therapy. If you’re unsure what to expect or feel hesitant about booking your first session, you’ve come to the right place. I offer a supportive space to explore anxiety, nervous system regulation, and your relationship with yourself at your own pace. I am also passionate about supporting new parents, particularly new moms, as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum changes, shifting roles and identities, and the emotional demands of this season of life.

When stress or overwhelming emotions get “stuck” in the body, it can be hard to feel calm or grounded. Managing anxiety and nervous system dysregulation can be challenging alone. Together, we’ll explore what your body needs to feel safe, build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and gently shift self-critical thoughts toward self-compassion.

I have training and experience in a few  evidence-based approaches— Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those healing from trauma and seeking deeper emotional relief. If you're unfamiliar with these approaches, feel free to book a consultation—I’d be happy to explain how they work and how they might support your healing.

Whether you're looking for practical tools to create change in the present or ready to explore your story more deeply, I'll meet you where you are. I'm here to walk alongside you through life's ups and downs and support you in connecting with the version of yourself you feel most at peace with.
